Returns

As members you will more than likely already know what shoe you are wanting to buy. If you are buying a shoe different to what you have already worn, then we advise that you choose carefully. Running Science does not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. You may receive a refund or credit where goods are deemed faulty or are not as described on the website.

Returns may be delivered in person or shipped to us via our address on our contacts page.

If you do wish to exchange goods due to a wrong choice then you may do so, however the shipping costs lie with the customer.
